DELIVERY
Bow purchased via the online Shop will be packaged and posted within 48 hours. Bespoke custom orders will take a little longer, depending on your requirements. This could take up to 10 working days.
CLIP, BOBBLE, BAND?
Clips will be attached to the bow on the RIGHT side (meaning the child will wear the bow on her right side) if you would like me to alter this, please leave a note at checkout.
Some products will have additional fixings available in a drop down box (some for an additional cost)
- Bobble
- Ribbon wrapped Alice band (£1 supplement)
- Nylon baby band (50p supplement)
Not every option will be given, for example some charms are too heavy for the Nylon Baby Bands. If you would like an option that is not offered in the drop down box please message me and we can discuss
TURNAROUND
All bows are handmade, mostly to order, with this in mind please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. At busy times this may increase.
POSTAGE
All bows are sent 1st class mail. The cost varies between £1.50 and £34 depending on the amount of bows ordered and the size of box.
CARING FOR YOUR BOW
All items are handmade and for that reason should never be washed. Slight fraying may appear over time on glitter or ribbon products, this can be fixed with sharp scissors. You can use a damp cloth to gently wipe felt fabric. Please take care when storing your bows, ideally hang them from a bow holder to keep them from being squashed.
